EAT.DRINK.GIVE. is Legal Prep's annual celebration of this year's accomplishments of the school and its students, staff, and volunteers. Guests have the opportunity to support Legal Prep and its mission of providing a free, legal-themed, college-prep education to high school students on Chicago's West Side, while reconnecting with friends and colleagues. This year's Honoree and Recipient of the Promise of Chicago Award is Courtney Welton. For Courtney, "Legal Prep is more than a school—it’s a transformative force that empowers young minds to pursue academic and professional excellence. Supporting this mission is a privilege, as it creates opportunities for the next generation to thrive and contributes to a more equitable Chicago. Together, we can help these students achieve their full potential and inspire meaningful access and growth."
The Federal Bar Association Chicago Chapter, recipient of Legal Prep's Volunteer Impact Award also will be recognized during the event.

Courtney Welton is a transformative leader in the business world. She has built her reputation as a visionary executive by leading global organizations through technology and business transformations, delivering on critical initiatives, developing agile, high-performing teams, advising as a strategic business partner, and fostering a culture that inspires the best out of top talent to drive business growth in times of change. Throughout her career, Courtney has shared her talents with multiple national and local NFP organizations, including Legal Prep Charter Academies.
Courtney's many years of support of the school's mission, as a Board Member and as a volunteer with our monthly Law Program, is fundamental to Legal Prep's ongoing success and its unwavering promise to recognize the potential of all students.
The Evening Schedule
6:00 pm - Doors open; drinks and food available.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Guests can preview live auction items, bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets, and network with attendees while enjoying the culinary creations of Taste 222.
7:00 pm - Program begins with introductions, awards and recognitions, "meet the students" panel, live auction, and paddle raise.
8:00 pm - Silent auction and Raffle winners announced
8:15 pm Check-Out Begins
